Hey there!

I'm Kristen Blackwood and I help Beauty Pros build a profitable business without burning out.

I've been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. I've owned a spa, freelanced as a makeup artist, competed in international make-up competitions, done over 400 weddings, thousands of skin treatments and currently own a multiple 6-figure beauty studio.

But it hasn't always been this way…

I've made a lot of mistakes and faced a lot of challenges along the way. I've taken side jobs and done other things to fund my goals. I've had to manage my career around physical limitations and figure out how to bring a big city experience to a small town market.
